Initiate Your Request

Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Carefully disassemble the furniture and place all components, hardware, and manuals back into the original shipping boxes to prevent damage during transit.

Ship the Item

Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture for quality assurance, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
